The Aircel internet services are through its Pocket Internet Card. Yes, the Malaysian based company Maxis Communication has introduced pocket internet services in few areas in India like Delhi, Maharastra, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh and few other places which give the user the freedom to browse the internet with unlimited browsing, unlimited song shuffle on Dialer Tones to getting free existing games as well as free wall papers and lot more to do.
If you are looking for a cheap and easy way to get internet connection on your laptop or office computer then you must have a look at the Aircel data card packages that offers wonderful uninterrupted browsing services. There are basically two plans of Aircel pocket internet data process through out India, but it may vary from city to city depending on the demand and need of users.

Activating Aircel Pocket Internet Card!
Buy a Voucher of Rs.98 and send the 16 digit pin number to *124*pin number# After that the Aircel Pocket Internet is activated in 60 minutes. After that you need to send an SMS like the following – PI to 121 (toll free). It will send you the GPRS settings for you!
Speed:
The speed of aircel data card has mixed reviews. Some users have highly reviewed the speed of the internet connection while others have complained of slow speed and download options. Actually these things depend on the network coverage and other factors.
The advantages of Aircel Mobile Internet Card:
* Good Browsing Speed and better than old dial up days. Through it is not possible to stream media with the Aircel internet card but you can browse other stuff with this facility.
* The Aircel data card works at pretty much places in India. In metros like Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Chennai the network is superb. If you get network you can browse while you are moving on trains, or on personal vehicles.

    • ]]>     India is a large country and mobile broadband is the need of the hour for those who travel a lot and want to be connected to the world wide web on the go.  There are a lof of companies providing mobile internet connection, to name a few.. Airtel, Bsnl, Mtnl, Reliance, Tata indicom, Idea, Vodafone, Aircel and a few more I cant remember now.
    Mobile broadband is relatively new in India and is only provided by Bsnl evdo, Reliance netconnect plus and Tata indicom photon plus besides bsnl 3g and Mtnl 3g which havent really picked up very well due to their extremely high cost which is out of reach of the common man.
    Out of these Mobile broadband options I have used Reliance USB modem which provides a max speed of 3.1mbps and the Tata photon plus which again claims to provide a speed of 3.1 mbps and I find both of them to be okish with Reliance’s network coverage to be on the better side when out of metro cities as Tata doesnt have as many towers I suppose in rural areas or even suburban areas. Both of them are priced similarly with not much of a difference so if you are mainly in metros and dont go out of the city often then you can get either of them but if you are some one who travels a lot I would suggest Reliance netconnect broadband plus or Bsnl evdo.
    This as you may have already noticed is my first post on this new blog which I have created to keep my visitors updated on different data cards available in India and will also some times be posting about stuff related to other countries to make it more interesting.
